Intellectual Property:
All written and digital materials developed by employees or in collaboration with partners, during work hours and within their employment or collaboration with Tableland are the agency's sole property. This includes reports, memos, presentations, articles, manuals, reels, posts, and any other content created while fulfilling job responsibilities.
Employees and partners understand and acknowledge that any materials created during work hours or using agency resources are considered works made for hire, and as such, the agency holds all rights, including copyright, to these materials. This ownership extends to both tangible and intangible forms of expression, whether in print or electronic format.
Acceptable Usage:
Employees and partners are prohibited from using agency-owned written materials for personal gain or outside activities without explicit authorization from the agency. Unauthorized use or distribution of agency-owned materials may result in disciplinary action or termination of partnership.
Employees are encouraged to consult with their supervisors or the appropriate department regarding any questions or concerns related to the ownership of written materials. This policy is designed to protect the agency's intellectual property rights and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

User Responsibility for Credential Security:
Users and Partners are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any authentication tokens. Credentials must not be shared, disclosed, or made accessible to unauthorized individuals.
When accessing shared resources or systems, users are accountable for all activities conducted under their credentials, whether authorized or not. Any unauthorized use, suspected compromise, or security breach must be reported immediately to the appropriate system administrator or support team.
The organization shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from a user’s failure to safeguard their credentials or comply with established security practices.
